Family Outing Noraebang Madness

Gee Parody

Yoo Jae Suk’s (Girls’ Generation) Crab Leg dance and Kim Jong Kook’s (Son Dambi) Chair Dance heated up the atmosphere this past Sunday on SBS Family Outing. On the 3rd May broadcast, the market team consisting of Yoo Jae Suk, Yoon Jong Shin and Kim Jong Kook’s brought a lot of laughter with their frenzied noraebang party.

Eating secretly while shopping in the market is a common occurence in Family Outing. They went to a karaoke room for the first time after much hesitation intially, fearing possible nagging from Lee Hyori. But they couldn’t resist the temptation of the noraebang (karaoke room) and walked straight into the room upstairs.

Yoon Jong Shin started off with a thoughtful performance of the first song Weed but changed it to Wrongful Meeting after failing to complete it. The atmosphere changed suddenly into a frenzied party mode and a dance battle soon ensued. The three men who have an average age of 38 just forgot about their age and ‘exploded’.

That was not all. Their bodies start pounding around the noraebang as they sang Crying Nut’s Let’s Ride A Horse. Yoo Jae Suk and Kim Jong Kook performed Son Dam Bi’s Crazy chair dance. Dance king Kim Jong Kook’s performance of copying the hand gesture in Son Dam Bi’s chair dance also contributed to the hot atmosphere.

But the best part was when they started singing Gee. Yoo Jae Suk had previously performed a choreographed parody of the song on MBC Infinity Challenge and was thus pretty nifty with it as they became Jang Nyeon Si Dae (Older Generation) in an instant.

It’s said that the guest after Son Dambi might be Lee Junki (wow!). But just treat this as a rumor until Korean media outlets starts reporting on this.
