“City Hall” achieves another new high in ratings, pushes towards 20% viewership

According to the Korean press, “City Hall”, which has Cha Seung Won and Kim Sun Ah as its cast, Shin Woo Chul as its director and Kim Eun Sook as screenwriter, hits a new high in ratings again on 21st, taking a step closer to the 20% mark.

According to the Korean ratings bueau TNS’s ratings announcement on 22nd, the episode of “City Hall” which aired on 21st evening achieved a viewership rating of 17.8%. This is an increase of 1% from its own record high of 16.7% on 7th May.

“City Hall” is another work from the director Shin Woo Chul and screenwriter Kim Eun Sook team, which was also behind “Lovers In Paris” and “On Air”. It has won the hearts of its viewers with its light and comedic plot. The recent relationship development between Cha Seung Won and Kim Sun Ah has attracted even more viewers to the drama.

KBS2TV’s “That Fool” and MBC’s “Cinderella Man”, which aired during the same time slot as “City Hall” on 21st May, achieved viewership ratings of 10.7% and 8.1% respectively.
